BITS 2013 November 18-20 - 2+1 days of software craftsmanship
This year, we’re a two day conference, with an additional optional day of workshop training.
BITS 2013 will feature two tracks, which will combine the Agile and Embedded Software focus of last year's 2012 conference with the stuff we were missing – the challenges specific to Desktop and Web development.
The overall goal of the conference is to provide you with inspiration to do, what you do, in new and (perhaps) better ways.
Two tracks, something for everyone
On the Embedded Software track you will attend sessions on the challenges of developing quality embedded software and the software craftsman’s techniques to get you there in one piece. The sessions will be delivered by James Greening, Mike Long and Tore Martin Hagen.
The Agile / PC track will feature topics from both Agile Software Development as well as PC / Web related Software Development. On this track you will meet speakers such as Mark Seemann, Christian Johansen, Ole Lehrmann Madsen and Mike Long.
Missed out on BITS 2012?
BITS Conference 2012 had a strong focus on TDD and agile methodologies practiced by embedded software developers. In the following video, James W. Grenning gives an introduction to the techniques and practices used to successfully apply TDD in an embedded programming environment.
